How much can a few hundred pounds more on a tractor that weighs 1.75 tons really make?

I've gone from a machine with turf tires and no weight, to one w/R4s and Rim Guard. The machines weigh in at about the same but the juice does add about 400 pounds. My lawn does suffer from some marking, but I think it's more the tire imprint that's the cause than the weight/sq. foot.
I chose the R4 for puncture resistance on other than the lawn work. It was a worthwhile decision.

I recently just purchased a new 48hp HST TYM. About to have it delivered to get started. They did a nice job of getting me talked into beet juice in back tires as it helps with loader work, and i'll be doing a lot of that. Also, I'll be doing a lot of field work (planting, cultivating) AND landscaping around my house. The guys told me last week the extra weight will leave very deep grooves everywhere. Now I'm thinking I should have NOT had the beet juice add instead of a removable ballast or leave box blade on back when loader work. Thoughts or suggestions? I could in theory ask them to pump out the juice, lol.
I have a 45HP Mahindra with industrial type tires filled with water. Not sure what beet flavoring adds to it. Lower its blood pressure? Anyway, I'd say keep them full and no worries. It all depends on your soil. If completely dry they won't leave a mark. Clayish texture, perfect imprint of the tread. Very muddy or muddy on a slope, don't. I do notice that more and more weight, like my tires, a 4in1 loader, and backhoe, add up to require lower gears when going uphill, so expect that.

The beet juice does more than "flavor" the water, it prevents the water from freezing in cold climates.
That being said, I called a local tire company about "rimguard" and was advised that their sister store sold a product derived from a byproduct of the ethanol process. which I now have in the rear tires of my tractor.

I have 9 tractors all have loaded rear tires. The older tractor have calcuim in them long Land Tract and my TYM 394 have beet juice. Have kept me from over turning a couple times. I would not be without weighted rear tires.

Your dealer had a reason for encouraging loaded rear tires. There have been lawsuits where dealers have lost after an accident because most tractor manuals say to use ballast when operating. In my view, he did you a big favor. And you will be glad you used beet juice.

However, you stated that you will do a lot of loader work. If you are moving dirt or gravel, you will most likely find that the tires with liquid is not enough ballast. Then you will wanting to attach more ballast on the 3 point like a Box Blade (400 - 600 pound). You will discover and better see this if you find you loose traction on the rear wheels and have to use 4wd to haul up hills. OR, even worse, find the rear tires skid and you cannot stop loaded going down hills. I use 4wd every time I use my tractor because of this. A loaded bucket + loaded tires + 400 pound box blade - up a hill still at risk of loosing taction without 4wd.

Industrial tires
R4 likely... if you dont want to leave ruts stay off the grass when its soft.

Its really that simple. The low areas you're going to tear up the turf. IF you wait till the grass/field is dry-ish you should be ok.

Pro tip: Dont tractor when there's frost and its been above freezing for a few days and there's mud on top of the frozen ground.

That will tear up REAL fast and you will dig down pretty deep even into the frost layer and make a real mess with R4 tires.

We had a real brief period of freeze without snow. As soon as the freeze happened we tried to work on brush removal. Ground wasnt frozen enough. Mad a mess.... waited 2 days and then it snowed too deep to get back to work. That was mid December ... still waiting..... got a ton of snow still.

Another observation.
As much as possible avoid using 4 x 4 when on lawns as the fronts can and will damage the lawn while turning.

May be time to upgrade the pathway with some heavy gravel or stone.
What I plan to do is clear some of the foliage alongside the path right near the opening to the hedgerow. This way I'm basically driving diagonally through the opening and bypassing the vast majority of the pathway and so localizing my damage to the smallest area possible.

Waiting for dry conditions in Vermont is not always an option.

I have a 54HP tractor with filled tires. I don't think it really matters whether the tires or filled or not, rut-wise. Ground is dry, no ruts. Ground is wet, there will be ruts. 2021 was a very wet year, it definitely messed with my plans when I wanted to avoid ruts. Not much to be done then, make the ruts or avoid it.

Of course for the yard, I try to stay off the grass all the time if I can, but sometimes I still use the loader for hauling mulch in and weeds/wood out, so I wait for dry weather. Industrial tires are okay on dry lawn for infrequent use.

You're doing loader work, fill the tires.
