When I bought my MF 2615 Masssey's web sight speced the rear tires as 13.6x28s. I wanted to buy it before the incentives ran out on 1/1/12. The only 2615's the dealer could get in time came with 14.9x24's. I can't understand what advantage the smaller rims would give you. I would think the taller tires would give you better traction and a smoother ride.
Any thoughts.

My Deere came with rear OEM R3 Turfs that are 13.6 by 16, and the other two types available were R1 Bar in size 12.4-16 and R4 Industrial in 14-17.5. You don't specify the tire type you have but maybe your tractor, like mine, comes with different sizes depending on tire type?
