Check in your area for independent small used equipment dealers that also does shop work on tractors. Most more than likely carry aftermarket parts like A&I and can order you one in. Smaller independent tire shops that deal in Ag tires probably can too.
Much would depend if you want on the farm service or can take it to them. If your old rim is rusty and you're wanting a decent used tire mounted on a new rim, do expect to buy a new tube too. Guarantee the old tube is embedded with small chunks of rusty rim material that is near impossible to get off/out and has rubbed thin spots in the tube.
