Tires tire for my shibaura

I loaned my tractor out to my cousin and he blew out one of my back tires. He ran it flat and put slices in the side walls in about 4 spots. I can't find anyone in my area that has one. I contacted one guy who said it would be 4 months before he could get me one. Its a bridgestone farm service lug special 8.3/8-22. Also I had a friend of mine mention having it vulcanized. Would this hold up? Thanks in advance
