My B7800 does not have clearance for tire chains. Does anyone know of 1 inch spacers that I could install between hub and wheel for chain clearance?

There are several brands of spacers for the Kubotas. I have 6" spacers on one of my B2150's for steep hillside work. Bora brand and very pleased with them. Some Kubota dealers sell and install spacers. I don't have time to chase it right now but I think I recall there is some very inexpensive version of spacers originally made for Jeeps that also fits some Kubotas. Those finds have been in TBN posts before and you can probably search for them within TBN.

Bro-tek makes a high end spacer and I'm sure they can help you out. I put 2" spacers on my B3030 a few years back to accommodate chains. It also widens the stance of the rear tires, which is a nice bonus.

You probably will have to install lengthened bolts/studs for any spacers, but once you do, if you only want an inch, just get some large nuts, 1" thick, and use them as spacers. Not pretty, but will work. I put 2" Kubota spacers on my tractor for stability, mostly when pushing a plow. I really don't use the plow anymore, knock on wood. PS: also helped with chains... something else I don't need to use anymore.

No, you do not have to do that. At least the ones I bought (and I'm pretty sure other brands) are designed such that the original studs or lug bolts are used to hold the spacers on and then the wheels are fastened to the spacers using bolts that they supply. Very neat and well designed.

I had to flip the wheels on my 3160 Iseki for chain clearance, gave me another inch. Still not a bunch of excess clearance to the 3 point arms but as long as I don't let them get sloppy I'm good........Mike

I have the same tractor as the B7800, with more deluxe features and called a B2910.

One inch is probably enough, but if you are going to spend the money for custom spacers, might be wise to consider the stability on side slopes that a thicker spacer will give you, IF side slope stability comes into the picture for you.

In my case, I decided if I buy spacers, that are essentially custom made for the tractor, that I will likely go with 4 inch spacers, even though an inch would be enough for chain clearance...the cost increase is not that great for the increased thickness.
