Tire, Best traction, lowest damage..

I have an old craftsman mower I am removing the deck from.. I have recently bought a roller... 500lb and it wont pull it due to lack of traction..

My plans are to build a small offroad track on my property to run Rc cars. I am looking for the best traction available with minimal damage as I think ags will make the track surface rutty and nasty..
I keep looking at these due to thier price..

I will also use the tractor to drag the track,,, with a chain link fence and some weight probably in the form of a few cinder blocks..

please help as it seems there is alot of info for turfs and ags but not much in between

Those look good ... and put some weight on the tractor. Esp the rear.
