I have a Mahindra 3215HST, about the same size as your CT230HST. I loaded all 4 of my R4 tires, simply makes a difference that is almost indescribable, and that is in a good way. At the very least, load the rears, you won't be sorry.

Another vote for Rimguard. As other have said if you have a FEL, it'll make all the difference in the world. There's always the ballast box if you need weight for FEL use.
