Does anyone know the critical grade where a BX24 is likely to tip over? I've been thinking about some sort of pendulem mounted on the front end loader that would indicate when approaching that danger zone.

usually 15 degrees or so, but bear in mind dynamic loading (turns/speed) and center of gravity, ie loader up.

Buy a tiltmeter from R&B manufacturing. Great safety device, nice people. Do a search on here.

I second the R&B Tiltmeter.

You can't make a proper pendulum type tiltmeter for twice the cost of the R&B, and figuring out how to damp it will take forever.

Every once in a while I can get to 10+ degrees almost inadvertently and the R&B confirms my uneasy feeling.

Ditto on the R&B Tilt Meter, great product and out of this world customer service, it's actually being treated as a friend/family member and not as a customer.
