my engine got turned with the injector pump off how do i re-time

Not difficult at all. The timing gear that the injection pump bolts up only one way, so the major timing will be correct. When you bolt the pump to the timing cover, you will line up the scribed mark on the pump ear with the 0 deg mark on the cover. If no mark on the cover, leave the pump slightly loose and move the pump slightly of the middle of the bolt hole until the engine sounds good.

Those gears are “captured” for the most part.. meaning u gotta try pretty hard to move them..
It’s worth a try to reinstall the pump..
