Bud - good advice again, thanks. I am going to go for the 4 footer. Will get it tomorrow if the damn rain would ever stop! (sorry Wen and bird)

PaulB,

Rain! We have over 3 times the average rainfall! If I can't get to my lawn tomorrow, I'm gonna have to get a baler to do it! /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif

I think you made a wise decision on the 4 footer, I'd really like to hear how it works because I'm still a little ways from buying mine. I'll be cutting down my field of about 4+ acres, several times a year.

PaulB, I think overall, you'll be glad you decided on the 4' rotary cutter. And hallelujah, I've gotten over 2" of your rain since last night!/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Well, we were getting pretty dry (by our standards, not Bird's), but not any more. A terrible thunderstorm just dumped over 2" of rain here, and knocked the power out. So, if it stays off much longer, I'll have to go get the generator. Never a dull moment...

We were lucky this time; I only noticed the power flicker once this afternoon./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif
