Does anyone sharpen their tiller tines?

Does anyone sharpen their tiller tines?

They're sorta "self sharpening" as they wear. Not sure I'd want 'em any "sharper" than what they come from the factory.

I think sharpening them would cause them to wear faster and be more subject to damage. I never sharpen mine.

My tiller is 7 years old and it still has the original tines, (never sharpened except thru use).

I have mine honed and sharpened by Hungarian sharpening masters. I like to maintain them razor sharp in case I encounter some ground dwelling varmints.

Does anyone sharpen their tiller tines?

Like most of the other guys, the extent of maintenance on my tiller tines was to sometimes wash them off with a garden hose if I'd been tilling in wet conditions.
