Tier III Diesel?

Is the next stage for diesel fuel set to go into effect in 2006? I am very much interested in the Jeep CRD Liberty but they are not currently available in Massachusetts. Does anyone have the inside scoop on this?

Did a little digging on the EPA website. June of 2006 is when they start to phase in the next stage of standards for diesel fuel. How that effects the 2006 model year vehicles is the big question.

They have been running this fuel in California and several other places from what I understand. Shouldnt be a problem.
