Tie down hooks for pick-up

I just bought a 1/2 ton pick-up and had a Linex spray in bed liner put in. I'm now looking for something to use as tie down hooks. When I got it, they had the rubber compression ones that go in the stake pockets which I don't like. I had to take them out for the spray in liner and it was a nightmare. I actually started to bend the one pocket in the truck bed.
I would like something that would run the length of the truck bed, but I don't won't to drill any holes in the rail of the truck bed. I thought you guys would be able to help me out with something. I'm not real concerned with the price but want something sturdy and that looks nice.

i have some bars bolted to the top of my bed rails.

they work great, clean, simple.....

I like the ones I have on my hunting truck but you have to drill holes to mount.
