Throttle Lever

On my NT204C, the throttle lever does nothing. It seems that the lever on the dash is connected to rod that runs to the throttle linkage on the engine. It is at this connection that I have the problem. The lever is supposed to rotate this rod and it doesn’t. It just twists around the rod. There seems to be a pin that runs through the connection, but I can’t find where the pin would go through the rod. What is the fix for this?

You are correct there is a swell pin in the Black bracket,check it.If not give me a call and we can help you find the problem
