3-Point Hitch three point linkage

Anyone ever had any trouble with the little gear box that raises and lowers the right hand lift arm on a 4630? The crank handle works fine but the gearbox right above the lift arm will only turn about half a turn. There is no locking latch and the gearbox seems to be a sealed unit. Anyone ever had this problem?

sounds like a broken tension pin that retains the bevel gear to the crank.

Look for and carefully remove snap rings to disassemble unit.

Mine was a one piece cast iron housing and cannot be sealed if they ever wanted it serviced.
