My L3200 was a little slow to start in the low negative teens here in Colorado. Maybe 15 seconds of cranking rather than the usual 2-5. After the liberal application of glow plugs.Make sure they install a block heater. I assumed that all of them had one. They don't. I never even asked, and this winter I had a few days where I could not start the Kubota.
I do have a block heater for my new L4060. It does make things easier on the engine.
