I'd like to ask a favor of those with the 2360 snowblower. I would like them to measure the distance between the front leading edges of the sides of the horizontal auger case at about the same height above the ground as the auger shaft itself.

I abuse mine every winter and the sides of the auger box are looking more and more splayed outwards to me. I just wanted to check the measurements against others in case I need to adjust mine inwards a little.

Thanks in advance.

Damm  I've used my 2360 blower for the third time this week and everytime I go outside I have full intention to look and see if the front is splayed out. This morning I'm looking at it again and it does look wider in front. Of course no tape measure handy. I will measure it when I get home from work this morning. (third Shifter). If I can remember to.

Okay i'm home now. If you measure across the outside in line with the auger it's 50 and 3/8" in you go inside where that little detent that is slightly wider ends I have 49 and 1/2". How's that:D

Thanks BobZap, That's exactly what mine is as well, in both locations so I guess it's just a visual thing that makes it look splayed out. I occasionally catch the edges on stationary objects sticking out of the ground and was wondering whether I bent them. It would seem I have not.

Thanks, DEWFPO
