Meeting up head-on with an F250 on a narrow road and we clipped mirrors at about 30mph.
My Dodge Ram mirror folded in and off snapped the mirror insert off the electric adjuster gizmo. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif
But, the Ford was completely cratered and unrepairable, just hanging by some wire. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Well, we looked at each other's truck and decided to fix our own truck rather than go through any insurance bs, you know high deductables, increase in rates, etc.
My mirror snapped back in, no $$ out of pocket. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif Driver's side door glass has two tiny scratches that will need to be buffed out with polish.
One more reason I think some things on the Chrysler products are hard to beat.
