Buying Advice Thinking about trading in my L3800. Need some opinions

I have a 2011 L3800 with a BH77. I has almost 600 hours on it. I am thinking about trading it in on a L60 Grand, 4760. I'm trying to get an idea on what trade in value would be. The reason I am moving up is that I want a stronger FEL and BH. The Grand has the option for the BH92.

Also, what would be a fair price to pay for an L60 with the FEL and BH92?

Looking more on the Kubota website, the cost of the 4760 may be more than I want to spend comparing this to the 4060, so I may be looking at a 4060. From the website, there is a $5000 difference between the 2. Wow.

I don't know your useage for a backhoe but something to consider if you shop around can locate industrial used backhoes with FEL for between 10k to 15k? keep tractor or sell it and get one without backhoe to use for mowing tilling grading etc. especially if you don't have to move it around just a thought spend your money as you see fit.

Unless you really want new, I second this. Lots of good condition industrial TLB's for sale for the prices mentioned.

Within a month after I bought my Kioti DK50SE, I figured out that I needed a backhoe. Rather than sink money into a backhoe for the Kioti, and probably never get much of my money back out of it, I decided to buy a Kubota BX23 TLB that I found on CL. The BX23 gets me the backhoe I needed and I can sell it when I'm done and get all or most of my money back out of it.

I love the little BX23 and will have a hard time parting with it even when I don't need the backhoe any more. There are times I wish it was a little bigger and had a little more reach with the hoe, but it does the job. And it just barely sips a little diesel while working away at any job I throw at it.
