:thumbdown::thumbdown: Im sorry to vent but im so tired of products reducing the measure. Here is a link
Roofers Choice Plastic Roof Cement 0.90 Gallon-RC015142 at The Home Depot
There are 16 ounces to a gallon, thus in this case a ''gallon'' can has .90 and under specs it says 114 ounces.
confirming . a gallon has 128
Gallons to Ounces (oz) - How many ounces in a gallon ?
Its true advertising but to me its insulting. Just more advertising ploys..
Now consider another product from HD

That reminds me of this audio clip that the local radio station likes to play on their morning show. Some NSFW language, especially at the end after he thinks he has hung up. btw, not sure if its a real call to the company or not, but its funny either way.

You do realize that 1 fl oz = 1 oz only when you are talking about water don't you? Like cups, pints, quarts, and gallons, fluid ounces are volume measures. Ounces are weight. A fluid oz of water weighs more than a fl oz of diesel. That's why diesel floats. I understand what you mean about things getting smaller while the prices remain the same or rise. That's why you have to be a smart consumer; buyer awareness or buyer beware.
