So did you try it out to see what condition the machine was in? Most of it looks to be cosmetic damage from salts. I did not see much physical damage. Someone with more time than money could fix this up.
The dealer did start it up. The foot pedals would not move the tractor nor would the creep to reposition switch. It's as if someone has disconnected the foot pedals and the creep to reposition switch.
The tractor is driven by a toggle switch. Flip the switch in the direction you want to go and it moves. It jerked very hard as he flipped the switch back and forth.
