ok, glueing the stryofoam on the tank made a big difference: so far not any noticeable moisture on the tank: i said i wouldn't do that again, but i guess after seeing the difference it makes an looking at the other toilets we have, i will be doing it again: but won't get the kit from lowes: the single tube of glue they supply isn't enough, an i think i can find some 1/4 inch styrofoam to use: $18 was just a little high for what was in the kit. i used the silicon rated for fish tanks because that means, to me, its designed to be under water forever: an no worries about it giving off any unusual smells or colors into the water, because the first place the water goes when you flush is into the bowl: i do like using less water to flush, an so far i sure cannot complain about the ability to flush using so little water: i would not hesitate to use this type again.
