I'm telling you to look up the facts. I won't post them here. Look up the GDP performance under each administration. Look up the employment numbers under each administration. You'll see who the real failures are. Then you can decide if you want to keep spouting untrue facts, or correct yourself.
It's getting real deeep on here now not sure if even the waders will be tall enough for all this bull.

Moss, re job growth, if POTUS couldn’t have excellent job growth coming out of a pandemic then he should go and hide in the basement of his beach house some more…..
even a bumbling crook should be able to achieve that!
Hell, even your Mayor Pete could have done that while riding his bicycle he got on out of his SUV 3 blocks from his office could do that!

There is a LOT MORE that make a successful presidency than the two items you list!

WE THE PEOPLE do not want any more of him!

That is my point.
For not wanting to get dragged into politics, you keep bringing it up. Your comments about Mrs. Carter's husband are what I'm commenting on, yet you keep switching to the current administration. Go look up the numbers for Carter, compare them to the rest of the past 10 administrations. It's pretty clear who's the failed administration. Good day sir.

For someone who portends to be an educated communicator it sure takes you a lot of posts to get around to your point!

Disregarding Carter's administration for now, I don't think either the current administration or the last administration can be evaluated based on employment GDP, etc. without carving out the impact of the pandemic. Current gets too much credit and the last too little.

I remember the Carter years well. He was a good man and a humanitarian, but not a good president. That's when I started a business and man was it rough! I bought a house with a 15% mortgage interest rate!
I remember I needed a mower and at Sears talking to a group of people many unemployed or barely getting by.
Over the years people blame the present situation on the past administration which especially after a year or two in office is nonsense.
Business prosperity creates jobs without government intervention.

I think I would take him over the current, even if in hospice. VP, while dead, would be upside.

We paid points to get ours down to 12.5% in 1985. They didn't dip below 10% until 1990.

Stagflation was a word I learned way back when and was overjoyed to get a 13.5 mortgage!
