So now y'all jump on Brandi's bandwagon???...now that my knuckles are all cut up and my blood pressure is running the average "Irish High"......sheesh..........:D:laughing:

Now I got a bandwagon? You could also use a throatless (Beverly) shear. Beverly™ Shears They need to bolted down to the floor or bench. But they are dangerous to Irish blooded folks. I'm 1/4 Irish.
hugs, Brandi

HOW did you do that? I have been trying to rotate the image for thirty minutes. When I uploaded it it rotated the image 90 degrees left.

Your trying to do it on a "not so" smart phone.....I have no clue there. For mine I download from the camera to windows media center, then re-size to "large" using microsoft power toy image re-sizer. In media center you can rotate, then off to an upload to Photobucket, save it's "direct link" then go to TBN's URL and load it in a thread. Sounds like a lot, but it really only takes about 2 min if photobucket isn't already open.

Oh yes Brandi...you have a BandWagon!

Last hurdle.....bank appraiser arrives at 1200 tomorrow....man I hope I have the kitchen cabinet drawers in by then....

Actually I uploaded that photo from an Imac. Every one of these forums has a different protocol concerning image posting. It can be trying.

Hitch the high horse to the bandwagon...then you can go to town:salute::wink:

The appraiser was pretty good and wrote down all the "highlights" of our property and my estimated values. He said most re-fi people are pushing the envelope but that's not the case here....so I feel pretty good. Now it's just waiting for the fat lady to sing;)

In the mean time I finished the kitchen cabinets this afternoon:drink:

Pic's to follow................

I need to build two rows of shelves over the countertops. I bought a bunch of cast iron shelf brackets on fleabay that will go pretty well. I used a few under the shelf over the bathroom door:

I also will need to make some trim/baseboards for the island....and of course a brass foot rail.

The bank valued just the house at $175, so our loan is a go:applause:
