the govener

hey ya guys i have a 3.0 hp Tecumseh and there's a wire from the outside and it go's through to the inside and i think it connects to's

the Governor but i dont know how it connects Can any body give me a answer on this lever.

Governor should be mechanical, my guess it's a ground for a kill switch.... a pic would help.
