Delaware or Tennessee..the first with no sale taxes and the second with no sale taxes on farm equipment.
You are blessed to live in a country where the law give you such a diversity of possibilities.
This is the advantage of a federal state.
For us, no choice : 19,6 % AVT (Added Value Tax)....a good deal of money.
