The best machine/way to clear this 40 arces land...plantation in future

Which is the best way to clear land like on pictures? 20 years untouched land, heavy grass, trees, brush...I need land for make plantation. Can use herbicides. Slope 5-10%. Some trees have 20" in diameter. Dozer, excavator 25 tons is 60$ per hour here. Total 20Ha or 40 arces.

You can get 25 ton excavators working for $60 an hour ???? No wonder they are all broke !

A mulching machine would do that quite nicely and not leave debris to be hauled off.
Either a mulching head on an excavator type machine or a dedicated unit with a Fecon, FAE, or Denis Cimaf head would work very well. Have no idea what that would cost an hour in your part of the world.

I bought a 19 ton excavator and have been using it to clear my building lot and build roads. Maple and oak tree roots up to 18" in diameter and rocks as big as a kitchen table don't stand a chance Excavators are awesome!

Here in Croatia is rent machinery cheap. Here is example. 1USD=6.5HRK so 450hrk=70$
