I own a 3320 and 7-iron 72"MMM
Took it off for the season.
Here are some hints.

You do not have to remove the front left wheel of the deck regardless of what the instructions say.
Turn the rear wheels on the deck 90 degrees and turn the tractor wheels to the left.
Also, to make the front bracket (by the hood latch) easier to remove lower the front scalp wheel onto the edge of a 4X4, keeping the front of the deck up takes tension off the rotating bracket. Slide the 4X4 out when the deck is disconnected.

Decided I shoudl clean the bottom of the deck (been two years) and needed to sharpen the blades. Decided to give it a coat of rustoleum JD Green paint as well. Here is the result.

Mike, what did you use to clean the deck before painting? It sure looks good!

I used about a gallon of Simple Green and a box of the green scratch pads from Sams. Lots of elbow grease as it was too cold to pressure wash it.

That deck should last a long time if you keep it that nice. I really need to do the same with my mowers deck :)

That deck cost me $3500 with the 3320 attachments parts, 3rd valve, and other hydraulic lift accessories. I need it to last a LONG LONG time.

It is my most used implement so it really pays to keep it nice.

What is the part number on the 72" 7-iron blades - need to check into a new set???? Guess I should read the manual.

Hi Mike,

Somebody with a floor that clean and a mower deck clean enough to eat off of
probably has a...gasp, blech,...Sawstop hiding somewhere in the shop...

You are behind on the snow. We have 12" of snow on the ground and 6-8" expected tonight and tomorrow.
