So i got my new to me TC40DA last friday with 370hrs on it. now she's got 398, but thanks to the good folks here and old post i have already battled the
1. Blinker Switch acting up, removed switch and dried out with heat gun, works great now, was wet from when the dealer washed the tractor before delivery.
2. Stiff 3-Point control lever: greased up the joints but couldn't get to the castle nut to loosen due to the remotes in the way and the orientation of the cotter pin. It's smoother now but not where I would like it.
3. Stuck tilt steering wheel. Figured while i was in there messing with the blinkers, i might as well tackle this. Took the connector off the strut arm hit the release button in the strut with some penetrating grease while tapping it with a hammer, after a few min it worked free.
4. Lights on the canopy not working: this was a bear!! first checked the fuse, then the added relay still no joy, ended up chasing the wires back and where they went into the switch block in the canopy to control each light there was a loose connection. Works now, and i now can work at night.
Thanks to all you blue tractor people who both post problems and those who answer them, my simple repairs have been simpler. Well i'm burning daylight, back to work, need to widen a pathway.

I've still got a broken grease fitting, but that's an easy one
