Hello everyone

Thanks for letting me join the forum...as a kubota B7100 HST owner its hard to find info on the net so thought id give this a go.

Started machine after it sat idle for a few months it made a strange noise as i went to drive off so shut it down but know i have no drive forward or reverse and no hydraulics to the FEL. Ive checked and cleaned filters, new oil...nothing. Checked oil cooler but no oil passing through it. Took off the oil pump banyos and the oil pump but it had no oil.

Would this indicate the hydraulic pump is the problem or does it point to something else. Machine was working well before it was parked up(it had battery and fuel issues but at least it drove)

Hoping someone might have more idea as to the problem.

Would this be around 1995 B7100HST if so check hyd. screen located just in front of your seat it,also does it have hyd. flow direction knob should be under or side of your seat that have gotten turn little.

Start by downloading a free workshop manual for your tractor at this site.
It has excellent color diagrams showing how the HST and hydraulic systems work.

Check the suction side of the pump. Deteriorated and cracked rubber hoses can lead to the pump sucking air which results in strange noise and not working.
