Texas in World Series???

We do rodeos, we do tractors, What the heck are we suppose to do with the World Series Games that we are actually in? Are we all suppose to turn in "Fans" or something?

I'm not a baseball fan so I can tell you what I did last year with the Red Sox in the race. I went to first run movies, ate at some fancy restaurants and did some Christmas shopping... All with no crowds as everyone else was home watching the games.
It was great. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Thanks Phil, I was hopping it was OK do do things like that. I never did see the reason for those triangle flags.
Are there any benefits associated with food during the series that I can take advantage of. I really don't like chicken wings (give me a good breast any day) but apple pies are good. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Gatorboy - don't confuse me, I'm just a beginner fan. We actually have more than one major league team in Texas???? You don't have to answer that, I don't want to know. One team is enough to keep up with. Does this also mean I have to know the names of more than one player to hold a conversation in Houston next week? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Houston is in Texas??

Is it OK to do tractor work during the game this weekend as long as I watch the last few innings????? 
NO ! That's what I did on Monday and look what happened. I tuned in just in time to see them go ahead with a HR then lose the same way. I watched the whole game last night and they were ahead the whole game ... obviously a correlation here. .... not that I'm a betting man ... but does anyone know what the odds are - Sox vs. 'stros?

Not sure of the odds, but I know my WHITE SOX are gonna take the Series. First time in my life they have been to the World Series (last time 1959).
