How are you feeling today, bindian? I hope the sinus infection is finally clearing up.

Thanks Y'all! I'm feeling good now. Just finished watching THE Aggies stomp Mississippi State 51-41. I got a few sprinkles out today on the Big RED Beast. But I kept going. I had put out more rye grass seed, then finished grading the dam's shoreline and knocking down the crown where I had not had a chance. I used the backhoe's bucket grader blade. I love that thing! Then I put out more rye grass seed and drug the drag harrow over it. I am glad I bought that drag harrow on credit at half price. It is worth it's weight in gold, as you can see by the finished product, below.
hugs, Brandi

I'm sure Brandi will tell us, but I doubt if hers is as wide as yours comparing it to her FEL bucket.

Just looked like same type, hers looks like an 8ft to me. They are a great investment, have seen an improvement on pastures since using it. They have an aggressive side, less aggressive and flat, in my photo was the most aggressive being used mid March to drag the gopher mound/cow pies/hog roots/airate(some what)/cuts the coastal runners/etc... Everyone i have let borrow it,has bought themself one. I just went with the 12ft so matched the width of my cutter,so when get to place needs clipped just turn the mower on and it a one pass trip, save on fuel...

Bindian,

I'm done with the antibiotics, so I can hit the Tequila tonight. Sleeping 12 hours a night and naps during the day sure was nice. Tomorrow night back to the grind.

Dennis,
Lol, those are my foot prints. I was practicing walking with my toes pointed forward, like an Indian does:fox:. I'm just sad Booger couldn't be in on making paw prints:frown:. But he would have been rolling in it.:duh::eek:die:
My harrow is 10 feet wide and I paid $500 for it and the pallet it was sitting on:thumbsup:. Talk about a mess untangling.:pullinghair: The draw pipe has deep pits on one side. So it had been sitting awhile.
hugs, Brandi

James,
The width of my bucket fooled you.:D It is 7 foot wide and the Mahindra uses every bit of it.:p If I would have bought new, it would be a 12 footer like yours.:licking:

Thanks FG! Did you get your JD:tractor: running?
hugs, Brandi

Yep, and got some seat time today too, even if it never did really warm up! I still have some work to do in the horse pasture, but maybe I can do most of that, after work tomorrow, before that blasted cold front comes in on Tuesday. This time change makes it rough though, since it gets dark WAY too early.

I really do miss summer already. Picked the last of my garden today, I'm sure. Will pull it up next weekend.

If you decide to upgrade to 12 foot, in the future, let me know. I may want your 7 footer! :D
