ok i was able to login again BUT WHY DOES IT SAY LAST POST TODAY 8.PM? AS IT IS ONLY 4 PM HERE ON THE EAST COAST

Frank, down at the bottom, if says all times are GMT. Go to User CP in the upper left and you can reset for your time.
