Having problem stating. Fuel shut off valve makes noise even when machine is off i have to disconnect battery to get it to stop. i assume it is broke and am ordering a new one. think i may also need a new carburetor any advise on which one to get its a kohler Magnum 20 they range from $20 to $80 thanks.
