Hi everyone. I have a B3200 and the temperature gauge goes to hot (red area) every time i turn the key on. this happens whether i have the temperature sensor wire plug on or not. even after sitting overnight and engine cold. anytime key is on.
I checked the wire going to sensor and have .81 volts. since the gauge reads hot when on, would that eliminate the temperature sensor? also is the temperature sensor on this 4 cylinder located on the passenger side of the engine at the back near the fuse box? also when ign. is on, all the fuses checked hot on both sides with a test light.
Is there anything else the is to check or do that i haven't done? any help would be appreciated! thank you.
p.s. i forgot to add that the gauge returns to cold with the key off.
