My friend had a tall mule that acted like a dog. That mule could hear his Toyota truck from a mile away. He would run across the field to meet him at the gate every day. The mule always got a fresh red apple! It was really cool to see how the mule would react to his owner. They were the best hunting buddies.

My father in law had a Billy dog (goat) Goat shared the chicken coop along with a great Pyrenees pooch.

Both would greet you and look for treats and scratches. Including the occasional belly rub
