FWIW...When reading the thread about repairing a dock...it made me think of this...
For driven pilings...the engineer writing the specs for a job will state a blow count of so many blows to the inch depending on the strata...in some cases after the required blow count is reached pilings must sit undisturbed for a specific number of days etc...the reason being they (the pilings) are only allowed to raise back up so much...

Yeah, it’s kinda timeline true. However, the Iraqi’s were taking a beating for quite a while before that, and the bunker buster probably had little to do with them agreeing to end the war on Feb 28, 1991.
