I think you're supposed to 'Tell" us something we don't know, not 'Ask' us.;)

Although large seas have cyclically formed and dried over historic time in the basin due to natural flooding from the Colorado River, the current Salton Sea was formed when Colorado River floodwater breached an irrigation canal being constructed in the Imperial Valley in 1905 by the Army Corp of Engineers and flowed into the Salton Sink.
For 18 months, the biggest river in the West flowed along what appeared to be a novel course through the Salton Basin, which lies 227 feet below sea level.

But unfortunately for many years it was sustained by irrigation run off from the vast farms in the area. Imperial Irrigation which controls the area and the local farmers figured out that the water they were allocated for farming was much more valuable when sold to the big cities on the coast. The sea is now shrinking and the years of fertilizer and chemical residue is forming a toxic dust bowl.

I've been to the Salton Sea. It is a very strange place. Right after the formation of the lake, developers made many vacation resort areas. And for years it was an inland fresh water play ground. Then it flipped, and became toxic with in a few years. All those resorts got abandoned, but the structures are still there. Even the old signs are still there with the promise of a happy vacation. Its like visiting an area that experienced an apocalypse. And you half expect to see zombies wandering around. :)

And the craziest ending to this tale is geologists have discovered a rich lithium deposit lies under the salton sea!

Tell us something we don’t know.

Ted Cassidy who played Lurch on the Adams Family also played the part of Thing (the hand) except in scenes when both were required at the same time.

scenes when both were required at the same time.
Scenes where both of Lurch's hands were required or Lurch's hand(s) required as well as Thing? If the latter, who's hand was Thing? (I looked it up, other actors). Lurch used his left hand sometimes to see if anyone noticed. Thing's full name was Thing T. Thing.
Gomez (John Astin) will be 93 soon.

What are the top 4 major crops of the world?

Image result for rice, wheat corn and potatoes. Most prolific world crop

There are more than 50,000 edible plant species on the planet, but only a few hundred contribute meaningfully to our diet. In fact, just 15 crops provide 90 percent of global energy intake and “the big four” – corn, rice, wheat and potatoes – are staples for about 5 billion people.Jul 13, 2021
Corn and Potatoes are new world plants.
