Telescoping Links on a 7500??

The turnbuckles on my tractor need to be replaced. Has anyone used the telescoping type on the 2910 on a 7500. If so do many changes needed to be made? What was the insulation like? My skills are limmited.

Did that on my B7800 and it is fantastic! Much easier to change implements: just pulling the locking pins; no more turning of turnbuckles! It also takes very little effort. I went to the dealer and told them what I wanted to do, they ordered the parts, and it only took me about an hour with some interruptions.
I did have to jack up the rear end, loosen one of the rear tires in order to get enough room to remove the shaft that operates the lower arms of the 3-point hitch. At least I did not have to remove the tire entirely - those things weigh a ton.
I originally saw this conversion on the Kubota chat board at SSC Tractor web site. I found it by searching for B-7800 and then looked for check chains.

Thanks DR Bob, I will asked my dealer if it will work, as your tractor is a little bigger than my B7500

I did it on my B7610 which is about the same size physically as the B7500 I believe. Parts kit were from a B2910 and cost me about $130. sure makes hooking up implements (especially heavier stuff) a lot easier.

Thanks, thats what I want to hear. I called my dealer today who stated the parts would be from a Kubota 3030 and would cost $150.

BTW what was involved to install? Did you need to remove the rear tires?

No you do not need to remove the tires. It probably took me somewhere between 30-40 minutes. I followed the instructions posted by another member here:

For what it is worth, now that I have had both, I prefer the telescoping stabilizers by a wide margin.
