Teach me about sickle bar mowers...

Hey, Farmall folks,

My mechanic is looking for a particular sickle bar. He is a great mechanic, but not so good on the computer (though he's learning), so I told him I'd do some research.

What he is looking for is a mid-mount sickle bar for a 140. Doesn't have to be a Farmall sickle bar necessarily, if another would do. However, he is looking for one that will cut below and above horizontal, i.e. cutting on a downslope or upslope when the tractor is on level ground. Do all sickle bars have this capability, or just certain models?

Does anybody know what model(s) would suit his purposes?

Not all will cut like this. The ones with the pitman arm won't but most of the belt ones will.
