TC55DA w/EHSS no voltage

Tractor starts just fine but will not move forward or reverse on any gear. Tested EHSS connector on pins 11 and 14 should be 3.2 volts according to the repair manual. I am not getting anything 0 volts. Checked the potentiometer and verified inching pedal position. What components are involved in supplying the power to pins 11 and 14 to sen current through the potentiometer? Thank you for your help!

Mann welcome on here! I know a lot of helpful folks on here and I hope someone comes out of the wood work with some electronic knowledge. It isn’t me. But maybe you are looking at it a bit technical. Maybe something isn’t set right keeping it from going. Just back up and look. By then maybe someone who can troubleshoot to board level will help. Good luck
