3-Point Hitch TC55DA hydraulic remotes and 3-ph question

Have a question regarding using remote hydraulics and the 3-ph at the same time...I can't!

Currently my 3-ph stops working when I use the hydraulics.

I bought the TC55DA tractor used and it came with a rear backhoe and front remote hydraulics.

What I want to be able to do is use the draft control (down force on the 3-ph) while activating my hydraulic remotes.

Extra info...my diverted valve control screw is set to the 11o'clock position. Would moving it to the 1o'clock position give priority to the 3-ph hydraulics? Can I move the control screw to sa the 12o'clock poison to balance the flow between the two?

An open center hydraulic system will supply the first demand source in the system and cut off any supply to the next function(s) in the circuit. Your tractor is functioning normally and you aren't going to change it.
Your understanding of draft control is incorrect. Draft control sends a signal to the 3PT hitch valve, raising the hitch as a reaction to compression forces on your toplink and allowing the hitch to lower as the compression signal from the toplink lessens.
Neither draft control or anything else is going to apply downforce directly on your 3PT hitch linkage. Just about every 3 point hitch system on the planet is power up and gravity down.
