I notice a slight "klunk", that sounds like driveline play in the HST system or mechanicals when using my TC45Ds frontend loader. The sound occurs when going from foward to reverse or vice versa. I would like to know if anyone else has noticed this on their machines. It's still under warranty for about 8 more months, so I want to see if its a problem thats specific to mine or if its normal, before I approach my dealer.

I do notice a slight klunk when using my loader but I'm pretty sure that it is due to the small amount of play in the loader mounting frame (the pins that you take out to remove the loader). You might also make sure that all your loader bolts are tight (front axle mounting bolts too). Can you make the drive line klunk without using the loader?

Y-dog, I agree with Peter. I have a clunk in my loader from somewhere around the mounting pillars. I suggest also that you do a check of all the bolts mounting the loader sub-frame and especially the ones for the pillars. My clunk is only occasional and when I am working the loader pretty hard.
