What would be a reasonable price for this set up? It is used, TC45 DA, 138 hours, SuperSteer, Hydrostatic trans., R4s, Grill guard, originally purchased 3-29-06. Seller claims cost to be $33000 new.

If he doesn't welcome visitors then I would be weary of the deal altogether.

What makes you think it is a scam ? Sounds like he ran into a huge employment, domestic, or financial problem. Doesn't sound like he is selling it because he no longer wants the equipment. There is a huge investment along with some sizable payments. Certainly thought out the options when he purchased it. By the pictures the residence isn't too old either. It is sad to see the " I have to sell it " ads.

I think he stopped the bidding. Last bid was $21,200.00 with a total of nine bids and it states the reserve was not met.

Randy by the looks of the bidding activity it looks to me like a 7 day auction that just never made reserve.
