TC40 hydraulic problems

I'm having some trouble with my hydraulics. I've posted a thread in the Hydraulics section and thought I'd post a link to it here in case some of you guys don't check there but might be able to help. I'm stuck so anything you guys can offer is appreciated!

Any update on how you resolved this? have some oil around my diverter valve on my T2310. just curious what it ended up being?

I haven't yet. Replaced all the O-Rings in the divertor valve and pressurized lines. Replaced the pump and most of the O-Rings on the supply side. Replaced fluid and filter. Cleaned pick-up screens in the sump and the problem still persists. It's pulling air in somewhere, I just can't find where...

Yes. In fact they've been disconnected and reconnected several times. Since they're on the high pressure side, I'd expect to see a leak there if they were a problem.

I would say before spending money on anymore parts I would make my mind up if i was continue testing by having a gauge setup made at a local hydralic shop and see if they would rent you or lend you a flow meter. Other wise depending on the amount of time on your hands it may pay to have a good NH dealer look at it. I would look at the suction line leaks I'm sure you have already but, I would go over that following the suction line lay out that your service manual has.

I dropped it off at a shop yesterday. I agree, it was time to put gauges on it and I decided to let someone else look at it rather than buy them. The suction side is pretty short and I've looked at it repeatedly. I even put grease on the connections and anywhere else that I thought could be a problem to see if air would drill a hole through it and show me the problem with no success. It might still be an obstruction somewhere or it could be that I replaced a problem o-ring with a brand new problem o-ring, I don't know. It's time to get another set of eyes on it though, so that's what I did. Hopefully, they can find the problem.

Got it back today, all fixed up. The suction side line had a crack in a weld right at the hydraulic pump. They pressurized the sump with air and were able to find the leak, repaired the weld and all is right again. It's frustrating because I inspected this line several times but, I never saw the crack.
