TC35D - wont start PTO won't disengage

Good day,

Having some troubles with my tractor, it won t start, battery died and it tripped my PTO light to come on. Charged battery up and I cannot get pto to "disengage" now. Crawled under tractor removed main pto switch, tested for continuity, all good there, tried reinstalling and manually depressing. No change, not sure where to check next would it be pto relay? Not sure how to test relay if its operational, should i just purchase new and try to swap out? Any help would be great

TC35D WON'T START..NEED ADVICE!

I ran into a problem with my New Holland. It won't start because the PTO safety light is on and won't go off. The battery is fully charged and it will not turn over because the light is on. I went to the local New Holland store and purchased a new sensor switch for the PTO and installed it...
