The fluid cooler that sits directly in front of the radiator is leaking. I'm not much of a mechanic, can anyone tell me how hard it is to replace that cooler? Also, why would the cooler have a leak when the tractor only has 650 hours? How does one clean the gunk off the radiator from the fluid leak? Thanks!

I have a friend that developed a leak in the hydro cooler on his 35D, in fact, I think it happened twice. I'll ask him tomorrow.
Pretty sure I've seen a thread on this before so you might search for this issue.
As for cleaning the mess up, I use a little Dawn dish soap in a garden sprayer then flush with the hose. If it works to clean oil covered waterfowl, it can't be to hard on the tractor. :)

Thanks! I did do a search and found about everything I needed. It looks easy enough to install.
