TC35 Front Wheel Alignment issue

To fix this right you'll need the two steering arms and very likely new ball joints. You won't have trouble removing the ball joints from the arms at least. The arms almost have to be wallowed out with all that slop. Lucky for you they aren't part of the steering knuckle.
Messicks is a TBN sponsor and their website makes it simple to find your parts. They're very knowledgeable on the phone too. It's almost cruel how sloppy that front end is...

HI thanks, funny I found Messicks online, parts are not cheap considering what it is. But needs to be fixed. Ill try to straiten the connecting rod first and if it works just order the arms and ball joints.

THanks ~ Phil

Status update, so I took the bar off and managed to get it pretty straight using my pipe bending press and then pounding it with a sledge hammer. The hole in the arm amazingly was not worn out of round. It needed a slight bit of adjustment to get the wheels aligned and then I just put it all back together.

Took it for a spin down the road, no tread marks left and it tracks straight very nicely now.

Thanks for everyones help!

~ Phil
