New 2006 TC34DA, with NH/FEL $19500. Headlights fogging, seat and steering wheel sun dried. Instruments faded. It has been outside and shows minor rust on iron, not on blue painted surfaces. I am worried that it has not been ran, so what does the inside of the engine look like? I don't know what would be suseptible to rust?

price is high--you will do better going new at that price.
rust is normal everything else is just weather beaten I guess Florida sun.
As far as the engine check oil hrs last time is was change --check the fuel for water if its been sitting that long.
Start her up and watch for smoke you should have some not for long.
The tC 34Da is very powerful machine for it's size lots of power --she's never failed any task taken upon.
head lights fogging- means the seal gone allowing moisture. cost $200 each

This is a new tractor that has been sitting on dealer's lot since 2006, right?

Look at the hour meter to see if it is indeed "new". If it has 10 hours on it, I would call that a used tractor and the price should reflect it.

That price seems high, especially with the cosmetic issues.

It has 2 hours on it.

I think I should be able to get it for about $14500. I have never dealt in tractors, but it seem to me NH would like to get it sold and the dealer should also discount it to get rid of it. I don't know how much play there is in this unit, but if it is similar to cars, they would really want to sell it.
Anybody have any idea how much mark up is on these tractors?

Cosmetics matter a lot less on tractors. There may be some wiggle room based on that model not selling well in your area, but no, you won't get it for that low price, in fact, I think they'd laugh at it. Sorry.

However, if you do get it for that price, let me know, I want to visit that dealer!

I was offered $14500 in trade from my local dealer on my 2005 DX33. FEL, 72" mid mount mower, and 295 hours. If you can get this one for $14500 you better jump on it, but as toddler said, I'd be shocked to see it go for that price.
