I have a 2002 New Holland TC33D with a hydrostatic transmission. I've owned it for around 10 years now. Over the years the top end ground speed has gotten slower and slower. I changed all the hydraulic oil and filters when I 1st got it. It will only go about 7-1/2 MPH now. It has goot poser and will still slip the tires though. I've receintly changed both the hydraulic filters again thinking that was the common sense place to start. No change though. Looking for suggestions of things to check.

There are stops underneath to limit pedal travel and so speed. Also check out the linkages in case they are bent or loose.
